Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or malfunctions upon arrival.
  • The item received does not match the description or specifications listed on our website.
  • An incorrect product was shipped to you.

Refunds are not available for items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened Headphones and Keyboards may only be eligible for exchange if a defect is confirmed.

Return Process

If your refund request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. You must return the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables. Return shipping costs are covered by UmemeNex for defective or incorrect items. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only. If you need a different model or size, please request a refund and place a new order. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

Non-Refundable Items
